How DealYeah handles information when you browse offers, visit retailers or contact us.

1. Who is responsible
DealYeah is operated by OMNIAWAVE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16395070). We are responsible for the personal information processed to operate DealYeah. You can write to us at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, marked “DealYeah privacy”, or use the contact email below. This policy covers the DealYeah website and iPhone and iPad app.
2. Browsing without an account
You do not need an account to browse DealYeah. We do not ask for your payment details, contacts, precise device location, microphone or camera access. The app does not offer subscriptions or take payments. Buying products, eligibility checks, deliveries and refunds are handled by the retailer under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. Website and image requests
Opening pages and images sends technical information to our hosting and delivery providers, Vercel and Cloudflare. This can include your IP address, browser and operating system information, request time, requested URL, response status, referring website and network or approximate country information. Request and security records are used to deliver content, diagnose failures, maintain performance and prevent abuse. They are not anonymous simply because you have no account.
4. Search, filters and language
Search and filtering happen in the page on your device. Search terms and filter choices can also appear in the page URL, so reopening, refreshing or sharing that URL can send them to the website or your chosen recipient. Do not put personal information into a product search. A first-party session cookie named NEXT_LOCALE stores your language preference. It has no fixed expiry date and normally lasts for your browser session; browser session restoration may retain it. You can clear it using your browser’s website-data controls.
5. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the sender name your email service provides, and the message or attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your question, resolve problems and handle privacy requests. Email is processed by the services that deliver and host our support mailbox. Please share only information needed to explain your request.
6. Sharing and retailer websites
The system share sheet sends the offer link and title to the app or recipient you choose. DealYeah does not need access to your contacts. Retailer links open in a separate browser view. Retailers may collect information, use cookies or request details when you interact with their websites. Those activities are governed by their policies. DealYeah does not receive the browser view’s AutoFill information or browsing history.
7. Purposes and legal bases
We rely on our legitimate interests in providing a useful, reliable and secure offers service to process necessary technical information and respond to enquiries. We consider the impact on your privacy and limit processing to these purposes. Where we must keep or disclose information to meet a legal obligation, that obligation is the basis for the processing. The language cookie supports the language choice you make. We do not use advertising identifiers, personalised advertising, data brokers or cross-app advertising tracking, and we do not sell your personal information.
8. Providers and international processing
Vercel provides website hosting and Cloudflare delivers images and provides network security. Authorised team members and the providers needed to operate these services may process the relevant information. Their infrastructure can process information outside the UK, including in the United States and other countries. Applicable provider data-processing terms include international transfer safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and the UK transfer addendum where required. Provider privacy and data-processing information is linked below. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
9. How long information is kept
Technical records follow the hosting and security providers’ retention schedules and the enabled service settings. They may have different retention periods from one another; a short dashboard log window does not mean every provider record is deleted at that time. We keep support correspondence for the time needed to resolve the request, handle necessary follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. The reason for retaining a record, whether the matter is still open, and any relevant legal requirement determine the retention period. You can ask us about a particular record or request deletion; records still required for a legal obligation or claim may need to be retained.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive information in a portable format where that right applies. Contact us using the email or postal address in this policy. We may request proportionate information to verify your request. We respond within the periods required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or reason a request cannot be fulfilled. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data-protection authority. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects using solely automated processing.

DealYeah is a general shopping-information service and is not designed specifically for children. Follow the age rating shown in your app store and any retailer’s age or eligibility requirements. We do not ask users to provide their date of birth. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, contact us.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this page when the service or our data practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using information for a new purpose.
